At Pura, we want you to love your home's atmosphere; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all scent refills remain sealed and devices are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
